Full-service catering

The Main Event

$39.95per person, plus tax

Fully staffed by our crew, from buffet setup through full breakdown.

  • A mix of classic and specialty pizzas — your picks from the menu
  • Up to 3 appetizers: wings, Mellow Rollz, pretzel bites, bruschetta
  • Salads — Keep It Greek, Apple Harvest, or Caesar Supreme
  • Cookie & brownie bites, sweet tea and lemonade, no charge
  • Captain-led uniformed team, elevated presentation and styling
  • Upgraded serving ware and white table linens
  • Buffet setup, service, pre-bussing, breakdown and trash collection

Add the Dirty Soda Bar for $4.99 per person. Built for 75+ guests — smaller weddings are welcome with a modest staffing adjustment to keep the same full-service crew, plus a linen adjustment based on table count.

Built for the ballroom and the pavilion

Service is planned around the 2,200 sq ft climate-controlled ballroom, the covered ceremony pavilion, and the outdoor spaces. Rain plan included.

Right-sized for up to 180 guests

White Laurel seats up to 180. We build the menu and staffing around your actual count.

Coordinated with their team, not you

We meet White Laurel’s outside-vendor requirements and sort load-in, timeline, and cleanup directly with their staff.
